It's surprising as well as exhilarating to see what's been happening in the Child's Play franchise all over the globe.
In Japan, Medicom Toys takes off with a new line of dolls and Chucky merchandise to celebrate the opening theatre release of Seed of Chucky in Japan, starting August 13th, 2005 with a new Child's Play 2's "evil" Chucky doll! As well as Action Figures, Key Chains and Tshirts.
Medicom was known in the past for selling an older Child's Play model of a talking Good Guys doll as well as kubrick figurines and other small toys, which appeared once in a while on the online auction website, Ebay.com.
These new and fabulous toys are Child's Play 2/Bride of Chucky themed…but one hopes an interesting debut comes with the release of Seed of Chucky, and we can hopefully see how Japan takes Glen(da) into their own manufacturing hands!
